Welcome to the Employer Relations page!

The Employer Relations Team in Career Advising and Professional Development aims to create a welcoming and supportive environment that promotes collaborative working relationships with domestic and international employers and to generate opportunities for employers to connect with MIT students appropriate to their needs.

We provide employers with a point-of-contact to navigate MIT’s decentralized recruiting processes and provide insight on how to connect with academic departments, internship programs, and appropriate student groups. We also help employers identify effective marketing methods, coordinate recruitment activities such as employer programs, events, interviewing, and other initiatives to maximize employer recruiting success.
