Fan Services Representatives
Northwestern Athletics is looking for energetic individuals who are able to provide exceptional customer service to all fans who visit our athletic facilities each year. The primary focus of a Fan Services Representative is to ensure that all guests attending our competitions and special events have the best experience possible.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
– Welcome fans and educate on policies
– Answer questions
– Assist with guest issues
– Assist with ADA patrons
– Provide world-class customer service
– Provide additional support for event management
The Fan Services Team will work many events held on our athletic campuses. Such events may include: football, men’s and women’s basketball, commencements, tournaments and other events hosted by the Northwestern University Department of Athletics and Recreation.
Schedule: Varies. Most events will occur on evenings and weekends.
This is a paid, non-benefits eligible position. Pay rate starts at $15 per hour.
