Job Summary
EcoWater Systems is seeking a highly motivated and creative Instructional Design Intern with a focus on training design, video creation/editing, and instructional design. The ideal candidate will work closely with our training and development team to assist in the creation of engaging and effective training materials.

Responsibilities
Video Editing:
Collaborate with subject matter experts to conceptualize and produce high-quality training videos.
Edit and enhance raw video footage, ensuring a polished and professional final product.
Incorporate graphics, animations, and other multimedia elements to enhance the visual appeal of training videos.
Training Creation:
Assist in the development of training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and interactive activities.
Work closely with instructional designers to convert complex information into easily understandable and engaging content.
Utilize tools such as Camtasia, Rise360, and Storyline 360 to create interactive and dynamic training experiences.
Instructional Design:
Contribute to the design and development of instructional materials that align with learning objectives and organizational goals.
Ensure content meets industry standards and is compliant with relevant regulations.
Collaborate with team members to implement feedback and continuously improve training materials.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, trainers, and other designers.
Communicate effectively to gather information, clarify requirements, and present design concepts.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., instructional design, multimedia design, education, etc.).
Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia etc.).
Experience with e-learning authoring tools, including Articulate360 suite, Camtasia, Rise360, and Storyline 360.
Basic understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Creativity and attention to detail.
