The Program
Mallinckrodt is offering an 10-12-week internship program, which provides an immersive experience in the world of pharmaceuticals. As an MNK Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful and impactful work that compliments the degree you are pursuing. Here, you will be able to apply what you’ve learned in the classroom to a corporate environment. In addition, our internship program is designed to include networking opportunities across the company, professional development workshops, and community service.

Summary of Position
The Brand Marketing Services Intern-PRC will be responsible for running Promotional Review Committee (PRC) meetings, reviews, and approvals in the Veeva PromoMats system for their assigned brand, project management, portion of the monthly metrics and deadlines. Works closely with regulatory, labeling, legal, medical, and key business stakeholders on PRC reviewed projects. Works collaboratively with marketing, advertising agencies, and fulfillment warehouse vendor on assigned projects. Reports to Marketing Services Senior Manager.
Responsibilities
• Works collaboratively with marketing, advertising agencies, communication, and labeling departments to ensure project deadlines are managed. Oversees project management, deadlines, reviews, and approvals for printed/digital materials of responsibility.
• Schedules PRC meetings and creates PRC meeting agendas, triaging and record-keeping for products/projects as assigned.
• Works with external creative resources to ensure that project deliverables are in line with company standards.
• Works with the company fulfillment warehouse vendor to ensure projects are released into inventory.
• Assists Director of Marketing Services with marketing services projects and initiatives as needed.
• Ensures all promotional materials are properly prepared prior to sending to Regulatory Operations Department to file with the Office of Prescription Drug Promotion (OPDP) for products/projects of responsibility.
• Supports process streamline improvement initiatives and consistently seeks new methods to improve the PRC process across all functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
Education / Experience / Skills:
Bachelor’s degree candidate in Communications, Business, Marketing, Advertising, English or related field.
Excellent organizational, planning skills, interpersonal, written, and verbal communications, problem solving, project management and decision-making. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Capacity to work well with a diverse set of personalities and departments at all levels of management. Must have ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail and be adaptable to change. Strong team player who can work independently. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook),
