We’re looking for the next generation of talent – innovative students just like you – for our 10-week internship program that will run June 3, 2024 – August 9, 2024. We want every member of our team to not only work hard but have fun while doing so. Here, you’ll be working with a successful, stable company that is a market leader in innovative financial services technology.
This role will require the chosen candidate to work Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. The pay is $22.00/hourly. This position will be Hybrid, worked out of our Springfield, MO office or Monett, MO office 20% of time and remote for the rest.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Throughout this program, you will learn fundamental sales skills not taught in a traditional collegiate study program such as:
- The practice of researching prospects on LinkedIn, and the industry websites (i.e., FDIC, bank’s website, etc.).
- Learning the competitive landscape of our clients/prospects and for the solutions being positioned in the prospect discussions.
- Learn a variety of JH products and discussing the problem each solution can solve for the bank.
- Network with Inside Sales BDM on campaigns driven by the Inside Sales teams; also, the corresponding Inside Sales Execs. and product operations team members in positioning the appropriate solutions.
- Experience the sales cycle with an Inside Sales Exec.
- Exposure to the Jack Henry Corporate Leadership Team.
- Use of product tool kits used to position solutions; and actively participating in their improvement.
- Tracking, sharing, and discussing campaign KPIs for the success of their calling/email efforts.
What you’ll need to have:
- Enrolled at an accredited university or technical program with a graduation/completion date of June 30, 2024 or by June 30, 2025.
- Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or Sales.
- Be able to work up to 40 hours per week throughout the summer internship with minimum absences.
- Meet legal requirements to work in the U.S. for an indefinite period of time without any sponsorship.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of the FinTech industry.
