Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
· Bachelor’s degree
· 6+ years working in a client-facing HR business partnering role.
· Experience with all the following is required.
· 6+ years of Leadership development, talent management, Diversity and Inclusion, executive coaching, building high performing teams, capability builds and performance management.
· 6+ years of Project Management delivering large scale projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
· Background in HR Consultancy
· Pharmaceutical or Biotech experience
· R&D Experience
· Passion for continuous improvement
· Strong decision making based upon sound flexible thinking and calculated risk

· Learning agility to quickly develop skills and experience you do not yet have
