Behind the scenes, the Scheduling Coordinator makes it possible for our faculty to know where to be and when. Our program is dynamic and staff duty assignments, break times, projects, and meetings change daily. The Scheduling Coordinator organizes all of these changes using our unique scheduling software and solves the daily staffing “puzzle” which keeps campus safe, events well-staffed and fun, and allows instructors to focus on students over logistics.
