Share your resume in advance

Sign up for the online Spring Career Fair Resume Book in Handshake to allow employers to learn about what you have to offer prior to the fair. Participation in the resume book could result in an employer reaching out to you prior to the fair to encourage you to visit with them or could get you on a short list of candidates they would like to interview.

Change your Handshake privacy settings to “community” or “employers” and set your profile to “public” or “visible” to allow employers to view your digital resume/Handshake profile.

Why attend Spring Career Night?

Find employers looking for candidates like you. This event hosts employers who are actively recruiting for internships and jobs. Use our 2026 Spring Career Night Employers sortable database to filter attending employers by industry, school year classification, special labels (like FYF, DE&I, and more) and more.

Gather information and make connections for the future. Explore different industries and companies. Attend SCN to see the range of positions that use your skillset and explore options for your future job search.

Connect with MIT alumni. Often times employers send MIT alumni in their organizations to participate in events on campus. Come connect with MIT alumni and learn how their MIT education and experience connected with their work.
