Employer Connection Program (ECP)
The goal of our Employer Connection Program (ECP) is to help you maximize your recruiting effectiveness. We offer added guidance and support and provide unique opportunities to increase your organization’s brand and visibility with the MIT community. For the 2024-25 academic year we look forward to hosting ECP members on-campus to host programs and interview students. As a member of ECP, we will provide additional marketing support and guidance for your on-campus and virtual employer programs/events, information sessions, coffee-chats, interviews, among your other engagement activities. There are four levels of ECP membership that provide a variation of benefits and can be customized to your organization’s needs. Additional information about the levels of ECP membership are outlined in the document below.
We aim to onboard all ECP members by August 1, so please submit your ECP application by July 19. To schedule a call or to learn more about ECP, please email joinecp@mit.edu.
