MPP Career Fair – Candidate Information

Why Participate in the Master’s, PhD, and Postdoc (MPP) Fair?

Find employers looking for candidates like you. This fair represents a unique chance to connect with and learn about employers who are actively recruiting students in advanced degree programs and postdocs from MIT.

Learn about possible positions and make connections for the future. Career fairs aren’t limited to those currently interested in recruitment. If you are interested in exploring your future options, attend the fair to see the range of positions that use your skillset and explore options for your future job search.

Connect with MIT alumni. In years past, several of the participating employers at career fairs have sent employee representatives who were MIT alumni and could specifically speak to how their MIT education and experience connected with their work.

Engage as you feel comfortable. We are offering both in-person and virtual events so that students and postdocs have the opportunity to participate in a way that best suits their level of comfort and sense of safety with events.

Meet employers from a variety of fields. While we cannot guarantee the attendance of any particular employers, MIT Career Advising and Professional Development (CAPD) is committed to recruiting employers from a wide variety of fields and industries. Please note that employer attendance at the in-person and virtual fair may differ.
