As an Associate Director on our team, you will play a key role in providing statistical oversight on projects in a variety of therapeutic areas involving new drugs, biologics, devices, as well as behavioral interventions. You will also play a key part in supervising and mentoring junior level biostatisticians while helping to facilitate a collaborative and innovative environment.

What we are looking for:

To be the most successful in the Associate Director position, you should bring 7+ years’ experience working as a Biostatistician in clinical trials with a Master’s or PhD in a related field. You should also have the ability to determine project staffing levels as well as interface with clients and lead the statistical aspects of projects.

We are especially interested in meeting candidates with knowledge of SAS and the ability to serve as peer reviewers for scientific manuscripts and proposals. Successful candidates should be comfortable attending meetings of professional societies and presenting papers or posters at least ever other year.
