The Internship Recruiting Team is driven by the passion to recognize emerging talent. About the Team
The Tesla Finance team is small and dynamic, comprised of several subgroups under Accounting and Finance Operations. Interns will be assigned to one of the following teams based on prior experience, interests, and educational background:
- Internal Audit
- Manufacturing Accounting
- Fund and Cost Accounting
- Finance Analytics
- Finance Operations
- Evidence of exceptional ability, especially within an ambiguous environment
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Accounting, Engineering and other technical degrees are a plus)
- A robust analytical skill-set
- Excellent modeling skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Excel; experience with Microsoft PowerQuery/Power BI and/or SQL a plus)
- Ability to work independently, detail-oriented, and execution focused
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Highly collaborative and team-oriented
