In this role you will get the chance to work across multiple departments and HR modules to analyze Tencent’s internal human resource data, research psychological and organizational characteristics of staff. Using your insights, you will strive to give effective solutions/action plans and work to improve the overall effectiveness of the HR team.
1. Strong critical thinking ability.
2. Self-driven, highly interested in researching human nature and analytics.
3. Psychology, science and engineering backgrounds, preferred.
4. Chinese language fluency is required due to business necessity.
