A Manufacturing Implementation Consultant must have current knowledge in process redesign, utilizing Lean transformation tools and techniques rooted in the Toyota Production System.
Additionally, an Implementation Consultant must be a highly capable problem solver, able to work on highly complex problems requiring strong analytical, conceptual and quantitative ability. Successful candidates will have a clear understanding of issues related to production system improvement, reliability-centered maintenance, the applications of kaizen, and will have had such training from world-class lean manufacturing organizations. We seek individuals who demonstrate leadership, creativity, and the ability to work with people across all levels in an organization to make them successful.
3-12 years hands-on experience in a high performance manufacturing environment is required, where your role directly lead to demonstrable performance improvement.
BA/BS or Minor in Engineering, preferably with a manufacturing or operations focus. An advanced degree is strongly preferred, but not required.
