Magic FinServ is a Capital Markets focused service provider that leverages emerging technology ( AI, ML, Cloud, Blockchain) to disruptively /innovatively solve last-mile challenges. Target markets include, amongst others, platform providers that service the Capital Markets industry. Magic FinServ helps modernize their platforms by integrating Emerging Technology into existing features/functions and extending the value proposition by adding new Features / Functions, Cloud / SaaS enablement, AI-based Data Extraction, and Onboarding, etc. The role requires identifying Fintechs that have been in the business for 10+ years, based on mature technology that can benefit from Magic FinServ’s value proposition. Skills include the ability to articulate gaps in the Fintech platform based on market trends and emerging competition and demonstrate how Magic FinServ solutions can help differentiate. Experience in selling Platform Engineering outsourcing services will be a plus. The focus will be on (1) AI-enabled automated Enterprise services such as Platform Engineering, QA, Deployment, and Support, (2) Migration to Cloud and SaaS enablement, (3) Optimized Customer Onboarding, specifically AI-enabled Data Onboarding from Unstructured sources.
The Sales Executive, Business Development should be familiar with the Fintech platforms, aware of typical customers fitting the profile as articulated above, with a strong ability to network and build relationships. The candidate should be able to understand the platform development process so as to visualize the execution inefficiencies within Fintech and articulate the benefits of the Magic Value proposition. Emphasis will be on selling outcomes rather than mere cost efficiencies. This is a pure hunting role hence the ability to open doors, establish connections and create a compelling reason for the customer to act.
