Our training program offers you time with three separate group leaders.
Assist the General Manager in creating and following time lines to get work accomplished, assisting in checking current projects in motion, such as landlord tenant relationships.
Follow up with tenants who submit work orders.
Follow up with Vendors and costs of projects, such as architectural changes of a building.
Assist Marketing Communications Head in placing advertising.
Assist Maintenance directions by checking apartment concerns.
