Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver trauma informed care, support and services to Lucy’s Hearth Family Shelter residents; children, youth, and adults, who have experienced victimization. Complete intake assessments, safety plans and referrals for residents. Provide trauma informed care with Lucy’s Hearth families, develop and implement trauma informed programming to residents. Participates in the Lucy’s Hearth on-call rotation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in human and or social services.
- Training in trauma-informed care strongly preferred.
- Experience working with homeless families and or victims of crime preferred.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and proof of automobile insurance required.
- Bilingual skills highly desired.
