Essential Functions: part-time, year-round position (roughly 14-16 hours/week, 12 Months/year) providing speech/language services (direct treatment, consultation, and formal assessment) for youth aged 5-14 who are students in a comprehensive day treatment facility for children with emotional/psychiatric challenges, including high-functioning autism. Function as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, providing push-in, as well as pull-out services and consultation, both in individual and small group formats.
- Must have experience working with children with challenging behaviors and drafting IEP goals and objectives.
- RIDE Certification as Speech/Language therapist required.
