About the Position (fully remote)
At evident, it’s our mission to make legal work better for everyone. It’s a bold mission, and a big challenge. We’re looking for students who are energized by the opportunity to work hand-in-hand with the founders of a legal tech startup to use technology to create a better and fairer legal system.
NOTE: This is a fully remote position.
As a Spring intern, you’ll be exposed to a wide range of responsibilities from creating content that helps consumers navigate the legal industry, to working on partnership opportunities, to helping create a database of legal aid services, to social media and sales opportunities. You’ll get a hands on experience across all aspects of a startup company, working directly with the founders to build a better legal system.
The internship will be an experiential learning experience for students interested in law, technology, entrepreneurship and business operations, as well as providing opportunities to improve skills such as writing, critical thinking, and workflow management. This will be a part-time internship, and mentoring will occur through twice-weekly meetings where we discuss activities and learnings from the week, and have question and answer sessions. Students will be evaluated on their communication skills, management of workflow, and completion of assigned projects. Evaluations will occur during the middle and at the end of the internship program.
Requirements: 3.0 GPA, submit cover letter and resume
