Serves as a Data Analytics Specialist, Management Consultant, and Web Content Analyst for the Site Support Office.
Manage full development life cycle for web-based systems using necessary software for hosting and facilitating website communications.
Reviews and evaluates emerging technologies and the impact on the DFAS Site communication objectives and makes recommendations for utilization or modification.
Serve as an analyst to collect, measure, analyze, and report human resource and financial management data, to include attrition, staffing, cost, metrics, and revenue.
Builds strong internal relationships with key business leaders to understand and define crucial business objectives.
Responsible for maintaining the Portal website, webpages, and workflows.

One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade (GS-09) within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required.
GS-11 Specialized experience is defined as: Provide assistance managing web pages and applications; analyze or review human resource and financial management data, prepare reports that compile data from various sources to aide in management decision making, and identify procedural issues.
One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade (GS-11) within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required.
GS-12 specialized experience is defined as: Managing full development life cycle for web-based systems using necessary software, designing and maintaining performance indicators; develop, prepare, and update comprehensive reports, charts, graphics through scientific and statistical analysis.

This announcement will be used to fill positions with an entry grade of GS-11 or GS-12 with a target grade of GS-12.
The minimum salary for grade GS-11 is $65,190, maximum salary is $84,752.The minimum salary for grade GS-12 is $78,136, maximum salary is $101,581.
GS-11 Three full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree may be substituted to meet the specialized experience requirement. . If you are using education to substitute for the qualifying experience, you must submit transcripts at the time you apply. To be creditable, education must have been obtained in an accredited college or university. You must report only attendance and/or degrees from schools accredited by accrediting institutions that are recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
There is no substitution of education for the qualifying experience at the GS-12 grade level.
