The DCU FinTech Innovation Center (the “Center”) is at the forefront of fintech innovation and is centered on a mission of helping promising entrepreneurs launch meaningful solutions. We are founder advocates and support many of Boston’s best fintech entrepreneurs. Our purpose is to help POC-stage fintechs get to production and beyond by championing collaboration, community, and learning.
A “roll up your sleeves” attitude is essential for this role as you will need to first get the job done and then reflect on how it can be improved after the fact. In addition to the requirements listed below, we are looking for someone with good research skills and a strong desire to stay-up-date in the FinTech industry regarding events, news and trends. This individual must have high integrity with sound judgement and discretion in handling confidential information.
Experience with web-based workflow and modern productivity tools (ex: Google Suite, CRMs, Airtable, Coda, etc.) is a plus. Any experience with drafting original content, white papers, etc., is also desirable. Reliability, integrity, and a community-first focus are essential to this role.
