About this role:
We are seeking an experience Marketing Analytics Data Scientist to join our Enterprise Marketing Analytics Group. You’ll leverage your marketing analytics experience and data science expertise to provide analyses and insights to marketers. Your work will help them develop and optimize strategies and tactics. You’ll work on a variety of programs including A/B testing, email marketing, lead scoring, media-mix modeling, attribution analysis and beyond. This role will also help define a growing data science infrastructure on AWS and Salesforce CDP. Your intellectual curiosity and ability to synthesize and communicate complex information will make you a highly valued Subject Matter Expert in all these areas.
Your responsibilities include:
•Work cross-functionally with IT, UX, and marketing teams to drive improved campaign performance and grow a culture of effective data-driven decision making.
•Perform advanced analysis on marketing programs and tactics and provide synthesized results and recommendations to marketing campaign owners.
•Develop and maintain lead scoring models for multiple demand gen programs.
•Provide advanced analytics expertise to support marketing technology investments decisions (buy vs. build).
•Drive innovation by developing new techniques and approaches that sharpen our marketing decision-making process.
•Identify and prioritize new projects by evaluating potential for impact relative to effort/feasibility.
•Stay abreast of new trends in digital marketing and latest data science techniques applicable to our marketing goals.
•Master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, IT, or other similar area of study.
•2+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics
•Experience with lead scoring, attribution, media-mix, next-best action and similar modeling techniques.
•Experience with analysis of digital media (social, search, display).
•Experience with marketing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Salesforce or similar products.
•Strong SQL skills and advanced expertise in R and Python.
•Data visualization skills using Tableau or similar tools.
•Highly motivated and flexible individual with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful and timely delivery.
