The Lever team seeks a part-time Program Coordinator to help manage Lever’s programs, advance our organization, and expand its impact in our region. Hours are flexible and work may be performed at our North Adams offices or remotely.
Lever is a not-for-profit incubator with a mission to grow the regional economy. Our key performance metric is job creation. We cultivate, support and fund entrepreneurs to build high-growth enterprises. Such enterprises draw revenues from outside our region and create jobs. We also help intrapreneurs develop new products and services within mature companies to help them grow revenues and create jobs. Our workforce programs help bring college-aged talent into the regional workforce.
- Scheduling and executive calendar management
- Management and creation of metric driven databases
- Organization of financial documentation
- Assisting in challenge program management
- Event planning (online, hybrid and in-person)
- Office management tasks
The successful candidate will work on a variety of programs, so superb organizational and time management skills will be required.
Education and Experience
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent as well as professional experience in administrative work. Candidates should be familiar with both Microsoft and Google Workplace programs. Experience with fundraising, grant-writing, and teaching are plusses.
Hourly wage shall be not less than $25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
