Mid- / Senior- level positions available. Individuals needed to design, implement, and test mixed-signal and high-speed digital circuits for advanced spacecraft and airborne systems. Individuals will work in an advanced solutions group designing electronics for state of the art sensing and processing systems. Responsibilities include designing, simulating, and verifying electrical performance of sensing and computing solutions, including analog/digital circuit design, signal integrity analysis and timing/power budgets.
The selected mid-level individuals will support the product through production and test. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, 5 years of professional experience, strong knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals (analog/digital circuit design, signal/power integrity, debugging), proficiency with circuit analysis software (e.g. SPICE), experience with the Linux command line interface/scripting, and the ability to use lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power supplies, and digital multi-meters. Strong communication skills are also required.
Senior candidates should have a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or 10 years of professional experience. It is also preferred that candidates have hands-on PCB design experience, a successful track record of bringing-up advanced prototype designs, experience with embedded systems and sensors, working knowledge of Python and/or MATLAB for data analysis, and have experience with FPGAs. Candidates must be US citizens eligible for a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
