Arete Educational Consulting is thrilled to announce an educational app that will revolutionize the accessibility to quality tutoring and advising. We are seeking graduates of TCD-selected colleges to provide college advising for the Classroom Door, a digital education platform. Now more than ever, digital learning is becoming a crucial component of quality education.
What is the Classroom Door?
The Classroom Door is a democratized digital marketplace for students to find extraordinary college advisors, educational consultants, and tutors at accessible rates. It is a home for students and teachers to collaborate in real-time, with bespoke whiteboard technology designed for powerful online teaching and learning. It is also a platform for college students and graduates to find paid advising opportunities from the comfort of their own space.
How does it work?
Once hired, you will be added to our database of vetted college advisors. Students will be able to filter through to find an advisor who has student-specific qualifications and is financially a good fit. After scheduling a session, students and their advisors carry out virtual sessions using our virtual whiteboard.
How much does it pay?
Graduates are awarded the flexibility to charge a rate they feel is competitive (with a 25 percent app fee applicable). We believe that at these rates, every student (client) can find an affordable option for their academic needs. This model allows graduates to earn competitive wages on their own schedules.
*This model is subject to change.
How do I get involved?
We believe that students who have already gained admission and proven successful at top universities know what it takes for others to achieve similar academic success. The Classroom Door hires advisors who have a graduate degree from a Classroom Door-selected university.
