Aflac NY is looking for Full-Time and Part-Time candidates to join our Benefit Consultant team. This business-to-business sales & marketing position is centered around educating potential policyholders about Aflac’s supplemental insurance offerings, which help people cover the expenses that go along with being sick or injured. We work through employers, to their employees.
We put cash in our policyholders’ pockets in rough times. We cover their paychecks if they can’t work. We give them treatment options. We take the financial burdens of diseases like cancer off the table, so policyholders can focus on recovery.
Our team is looking for motivated, goal-oriented individuals, with strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Experience is not required. Your duties will include educating employers and employees about Aflac (group presentations & one-on-one meetings), conducting benefit enrollments, prospecting for new clients, and servicing existing clients. We offer an extensive corporate training program for candidates that we chose to move forward with, as well as the possibility to enter into our manager in training program, for those who qualify.
