Top Shelf Academy, a subsidiary of 3E Management, LLC, is seeking Business Development Interns. Our mission at Top Shelf Academy is to provide students with an academy of classes to help students break into the commercial real estate industry. In this seasonal role, you will be responsible for reaching out to professors, students, and campus organizations specializing in real estate, finance, or private equity. As an independent contractor for 3E Management, LLC you will receive a $50 monthly stipend, and for each person who signs up for our paid course using your referral code, you will receive $10, with pay increasing with the more students who sign up. Since this is a commission based position, it is a flexible position with hours dependent on your availability and schedule. This position can be done in conjunction with other internship opportunities if desired. Additionally, all Business Development Interns will be given free access to all Top Shelf Academy courses. Hiring preferences will be given to early applicants, but this is a rolling deadline since the position continues into the fall 2021 semester.
$50 monthly stipend plus commission
Level 1 courses
– $10.00/paid user for first 20 users
– $12.50/paid user for 21-50 users
– $15.00/paid user for 51+ users
Level 2 courses
– $15.00/paid user for first 20 users
– $18.75/paid user for 21-50 users
– $22.50/paid user for 51+ users
*e.g. – for 55 users you receive $10.00 for first 20 ($200), $12.50 for 21-50 ($375) and $15.00 for 51-55 ($75) for a total of $650
*$50 monthly base pay; plus additional compensation dependent on number of students you get to sign up
*If you sell a bundle, you receive the commission for the level 1 course as well as the level 2 course
Our company, Top Shelf Academy, specializes in teaching and training students on how to underwrite investments in the financial real estate industry. We offer certifications for students to boost their resumes, and they will also be added to our resume book that we send out to leading companies in the private equity real estate industry.
-Network with local real estate groups and young professionals
-Market certifications to aspiring real estate professionals in your area
-Distribute flyers around your campus (including dorms, student centers, business school, classrooms, dining halls, etc.)
-Establish and maintain relationships with professors, students, and campus organizations specializing in finance and/or real estate
-Take pictures of where you’ve posted
-Keep track of your flyer distribution and check to see if they have been taken down or tampered with
-Develop relationships with your campus career center to facilitate the advertising process and get things approved
-Preferably Business, Finance, Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate, Private Equity Real Estate or other related majors
-Involved in at least one campus organization (athletics, academic clubs, greek life, etc.)
-Have at least a 3.0 GPA

Top Shelf Academy, a subsidiary of 3E Management, LLC, is seeking Campus Sales Representatives. TSA is led by Eric Bergin, who has over 19 years of experience in real estate and finance. Mr. Bergin graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2001. In February 2021, the TSA team launched our Level 1 Real Estate Finance Certification which is designed to teach students the basics of financial real estate and how to be successful in the private equity real estate industry. Prior to forming TSA, Mr. Bergin was a Director at Rockpoint Group and was responsible for the finance group, as well as certain acquisitions, asset management, and investor reporting activities. Mr. Bergin started his career as an Associate at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he had responsibilities in the financial advisory services group.
