24LA is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial fundraiser to help lead the organization’s next stage of growth. This role is responsible for identifying and securing funding through corporate partnerships, sponsorships, grants, foundations, and individual donors. Responsibilities include researching funding opportunities, writing grant proposals, building relationships with prospective partners and donors, managing outreach, supporting fundraising strategy, and representing 24LA in meetings and presentations.
We’re looking for someone who is highly motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, comfortable building relationships, organized, detail-oriented, and excited by the challenge of creating opportunities from the ground up. Experience in fundraising is a plus, but not required—we care far more about drive, curiosity, professionalism, and a willingness to take ownership. This role works directly with the founders and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping build a rapidly growing nonprofit.
