Please note that between May 28 and August 30, interview rooms are available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Rooms are not reservable on Fridays, nor on Institute holidays.
CAPD, located in E17-294, has a collection of rooms used to conduct on-campus interviews that can be reserved Monday – Thursday between 10am – 4pm if you need a space for a virtual interview. The use of the rooms are available to currently enrolled students and postdocs based on space availability. Please submit your room reservation request 24-hours prior to your requested start time.
Rooms come equipped with a table, two chairs, phone, cabinet, large dry erase board, and cleaning wipes.
If you need to use a private room when the CAPD Office is closed, please reserve a room in the library through mycard.mit.edu. For additional information, learn more on the MIT Libraries website.
