Work with our team on a Mergers & Acquisitions deal

We are offering you the opportunity to experience the day-to-day work our lawyers do and use some of the skills our teams need when advising the world’s biggest businesses.

In this programme, adapted from real Freshfields work, our (fictitious) client wants to buy a crypto asset business. You will help them, working through five modules that cover a Freshfields junior lawyer’s typical responsibilities.

The Freshfields virtual job simulation is uniquely comprehensive, offering multiple perspectives of a single interesting matter from different practice teams that reflect our full-service offering.

What’s in it for you?

There’s no application process, no cost and you can complete the programme in your own time.

You’ll get a taste of a career in commercial law and experience what it’s like to work at a global law firm.

The programme will test and develop your analytical, research, communication, and drafting skills.

You’ll receive a certificate of completion from Freshfields in recognition of your work.

If you’re ready to experience the challenge of corporate law, join our programme today!

This program is self-paced. It takes approximately 5-6 hours to complete.
