Title: Manufacturing Engineering Intern

Our Purpose:
This internship will be supporting the manufacturing engineers on the Production team at Boston Scientific Quincy. The Quincy Production team impacts over 1 million products annually through kitting, postponement, rework, and labeling localization.

- Help support strategic initiatives such as Ideal Product Flow, Ship Direct and PFAS abatement.
- Optimize production team build processes and creating Graphic Operator Instructions (GOIs)
- Support the assessment for staffing based on projected volume
- Support product Bill of Material (BOM) changes and product building processes as a result of product transition
Your Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in engineering.
- Interest in operations: supply chain, manufacturing, process improvement, and more.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a drive to learn independently, at times.
