We are Ambit, Inc., a dynamic healthcare technology and consulting early-stage growth organization seeking a marketing intern to collaborate with and support our corporate marketing team in advancing our brand and outreach strategies. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various facets of marketing while contributing to our company’s overall growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Social media content creation and curation: Generate compelling content for our corporate LinkedIn and X (Twitter) accounts using internal and third-party content to engage our existing and potential audiences.
- Social media content management and scheduling: Develop knowledge and understanding of social media management using our marketing automation tool, HubSpot.
- Social media community development and management: Research relevant companies and organizations that we should consider following and/or interacting with regularly to increase brand awareness, reach, and overall engagement.
- Assist with external email marketing initiatives: Aid in creating and managing client-centric email marketing campaigns to foster communication and engagement with our stakeholders.
- Assist with internal email marketing initiatives: Working with the Ambit Culture Team, utilize HubSpot to create and curate content for our internal monthly newsletter, ensuring timely and relevant communication across the organization.
- Support marketing campaign development and execution: Contribute to the planning, implementation, and tracking of various marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Analyze campaign data and provide insights: Analyze marketing campaign performance metrics and provide valuable insights to refine future strategies and optimize outcomes.
- Research, trend identification, and competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities, as well as perform competitor analysis to better understand industry strategies and tactics.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the marketing team: Provide additional support to the marketing team on various tasks and projects as required to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
Qualifications and skills:
- Currently enrolled in school and attaining a bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or similar
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work effectively within a team environment
- Passion for marketing with a keen desire to learn and grow in the field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus
- Available to start in January of 2024 and able to commit to a minimum of three months with the possibility to extend
