The Fall Career Fair offers the opportunity to connect with undergraduate students, graduate students, recent alumni, and postdocs of the highest caliber with a wide variety of career interests, that go beyond the traditional engineering and technology career paths. The fair also goes beyond recruitment—it raises funds to support career prototyping opportunities like fellowships and internships to prepare and strengthen the candidates in your recruiting pipeline. Your participation will contribute to the career readiness and growth of MIT students.
An in-person and virtual option for this fair will be offered to ensure you are able to recruit in an environment that works best for you and that meets your organization’s current rules and policies around travel and in-person event attendance.
The in-person fair may represent a particularly attractive opportunity for employers local to the Cambridge area, while the virtual fair, at both a lower registration cost and with no travel needed, may present an ideal situation for employers that are farther from MIT.

Interviewing
As part of your sponsorship benefits, employers will have the option to interview on campus the day after the Fall Career Fair on Saturday, September 21st, between 10am – 4pm. More information on interviewing the day after the fair is located on our In Person Fair Sponsorship page.
In addition, employers may select to reserve interview space between September 25 and November in CAPD’s office through Handshake. Please note that these reservations are not included in the sponsorship of the Fall Career Fair.
