MIT’s Fall Career Fair 2026 – Your path to exciting opportunities, now and in the future

The Fall Career Fair is happening on Friday, September 25, 2026, in the Johnson Athletic Center. Registration will be open in August on Handshake.

Whether you’re actively searching for an internship, full-time employment, or just interested in networking, this is your chance to connect with top employers from a wide range of industries and take the next step in your career journey.

Please note, Harvard students will need to present their Harvard ID at the day of the Fair at the designated check-in area and are unable to register ahead through Handshake.

Early access for first-year undergrads: 9am check-in opens, 9:30am doors open
Access opens for all other candidates: 10am
End of fair: 4pm

About the 2025 fair

The 2025 Career Fair brought together around 4,200 candidates from diverse majors and education levels (undergraduates, graduate students, and postdocs) and 220+ organizations, including major corporations and startups. Don’t miss this opportunity to explore what’s possible in 2026!
