The Summer Associate application is open to Undergraduate and non-MBA Masters students from all fields of study with graduation dates between December 2026 – July 2027.  

The Full-Time Associate application is open to Undergraduate and non-MBA master’s students from all fields of study with graduation dates between December 2025 – July 2026.

McKinsey & Company 

Students who have already graduated or will be graduating some time in 2025 are welcome to submit an Associate application at any time. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Applicants should be able to start in the role approximately 90 days post-submission date. Please time your submission accordingly. 
 
For students graduating from December 2025 through Fall 2026 (looking to join the firm full-time in 2026), we are finalizing our application deadline 

Bain & Company 

Program name  Building Entrepreneurial Leaders (BEL) Program  
Focus Designed for high-achieving Black, Hispanic/Latin American, and Indigenous sophomore/second-year students to develop business and leadership skills while gaining exposure to a top strategy consulting firm. 
Program date Summer  
Eligibility & timeline Open to undergraduate second-year (sophomore) bachelor’s degree candidates at a four-year institution in the U.S. or Canada. Applicants must identify as Black, Hispanic/Latin American, or Indigenous (Native American, Alaska Native, Inuit, Métis, or First Nations). Bain seeks to connect with individuals whose perspectives and experiences are historically underrepresented in the industry.
