BCG recruiting opportunities for MIT PhD’s & Postdocs

BCG has announced their spring recruiting events which are intended for any PhDs, Postdocs, MDs or JDs interested in consulting with BCG, specifically those interested in applying for our Bridge to BCG Consulting program. Below is a list of recruiting events which you are encouraged to attend to learn more about BCG and opportunities for advanced degree candidates.

Bridge to BCG is an immersive workshop designed to help you test-drive the BCG case team experience. As a Bridge to BCG participant you will:

  • Think strategically while solving a case in a realistic BCG case team simulation
  • Team with Bridge participants and BCG consultants to understand the why and how behind case work
  • Network and connect with BCG consulting staff and your fellow Bridge participants
  • Get to know our culture and learn about life as a consultant
  • You will be granted a first round interview with BCG

Harvard & MIT Lunch & Learn
Join BCG ADCs in the Boston Office to learn more about consulting, career paths for MIT & Harvard PhDs, Postdocs, MDs and JDs, and BCG’s Bridge to Consulting program. Lunch will be served for attendees.

Northeast ADC Coffee Chats
A BCG Coffee Chat presents a unique opportunity for you to talk directly with a BCG consultant about what it’s like to transition from academia to consulting, get their advice on navigating our recruiting process and ask questions about consulting and the firm. Coffee chats are 20 minute small group conversations with one BCGer and multiple candidates.
