CAPD launches new website

CAPD is excited to announce the office’s website redesign, debuted this summer. As part of the updated website, the office unveiled Career Interest pages —  a new way for students and postdocs to explore career paths through resources, mentors, and information connected to specific job fields — and a new way to access affinity/identity-tailored resources.

Similar to the affinity/identity resource pages, the audience pages allow MIT community members to find CAPD information most relevant to their needs. For our faculty and staff partners, the faculty/staff audience page is your hub for all things CAPD. Visit to learn more about how to stay connected with CAPD, explore our services, request workshops, get access to Handshake, discover how to support your students in their career development, and identify how you can partner with us.

If your website links to CAPD, please check for any broken links and reach out to Lydia Huth (lhuth@mit.edu) if you need new URLs.
